Job summary

The Pueblo of Sandia is seeking a Records Language Specialist to document classroom language sessions between fluent speakers and students. You will edit and produce recordings to support native language learning and help organize community events for the language program.

Responsibilities include maintaining recording gear, generating reports, and ensuring archival quality. The role involves weekday work with some evenings and weekends as needed, in Bernalillo, NM.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree in Journalism, Media Production, or the Graphic Arts.
• Two (2) years of multi-media or related experience.
• Must possess and maintain a valid, unrestricted New Mexico Driver’s License.
• Must be able to pass a stringent background investigation and character investigation.
• Pre-employment and random drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Record language sessions presented by fluent speakers.
• Edit and index sessions into recordings.
• Maintain cameras, lights, editing, and sound equipment.
