Job summary

Zimmer Marketing is seeking an experienced content professional to create engaging video, graphics, and social media content for local and regional clients. The role requires taking projects from concept through completion and coordinating with teams to meet deadlines.

The ideal candidate has strong design and branding skills, plus the ability to deliver client-ready work with attention to detail. Based in Joplin, MO, you’ll support varied campaigns and client shoots.

Responsibilities

• Video Production: Plan, shoot, edit, and produce professional video content for client advertising campaigns, social media, promotional videos, and other marketing needs.
• Social Media Content Creation: Develop engaging photos, videos, reels, and other creative content tailored to each client’s brand and audience.
• Graphic Design: Create professional promotional graphics, digital banner ads, social media graphics, motion ads, and other marketing materials.
• Social Media Management: Plan, schedule, and manage content across multiple client accounts, maintaining consistent branding and messaging.
• Branding & Creative Strategy: Understand and apply brand standards, messaging, and visual identity across different campaigns and platforms.
• Project Management: Manage multiple client projects, coordinate content shoots, meet deadlines, and deliver completed work with minimal supervision.
• Team Collaboration: Work with our marketing consultants and creative team to develop ideas and execute campaigns that support client objectives.
