Job summary

Snowbird is seeking a creative Social Media Specialist to bring the mountain brand to life across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube and beyond. You will plan, capture, create, publish and manage engaging social‑first content that inspires guests year‑round, reporting to the Content Manager.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in social media or digital content, excels in photography, videography and editing, and thrives in a collaborative, fast paced resort environment with a strong storytelling

Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional social media or digital content experience.
• Social media content creation and publishing across platforms.
• Short-form video production (Reels/TikTok/Shorts).
• Copywriting and editing for on-brand captions.
• Photography and videography with editing skills.
• Adobe Creative Cloud proficiency (Premiere, Photoshop, Lightroom).
• Mobile content creation and editing; brand storytelling.
• Community management and social engagement; analytics.

Responsibilities

• Execute Snowbird's year‑round social media strategy under the Content Manager.
• Create, schedule, publish and optimize content across platforms.
• Write engaging captions aligned with campaigns and priorities.
• Monitor channels and respond to guest comments promptly.
• Track trends and platform updates; implement new formats.
• Coordinate with influencers, creators and partners.
• Support social ads with creative assets and cross‑team collaboration.
• Capture and edit photos/videos during events and daily operations.
