Job summary

Cumulus Media in Florence, SC seeks motivated Multimedia Account Executives to drive new business and build lasting client relationships. You will sell broadcast, digital, and events advertising, leveraging streaming and social assets to meet client goals.

The role rewards performance with uncapped commissions, a guaranteed base income, and a supportive team. A valid driver’s license is required for regional travel in the Florence market.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of outside sales experience; media sales preferred.
• Bachelor’s or associate degree in marketing, business, communications, or related field.
• Proven success in media sales (broadcast and digital).
• Strong knowledge of digital advertising, including programmatic, social, and mobile.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, qualify, and secure new business through networking, cold calling, referrals and client meetings.
• Conduct needs analysis, manage CRM pipeline, and ensure accurate forecasting.
• Sell advertising solutions across broadcast, digital, and events.
• Drive digital revenue through Cumulus digital assets (including streaming, web, social marketing services).
• Develop effective multi-platform, integrated sales presentations; ability to negotiate and close
• Meet and exceed annual sales quotas through proactive engagement.
• Deliver compelling presentations demonstrating multimedia solutions for client goals.
• Apply consultative selling techniques to meet client objectives and maximize cross-channel opportunities.
• Deliver exceptional customer service.

Pay Range

USD $3,000.00 - USD $5,000.00 /Mo.

The monthly pay range listed above reflects your guaranteed income during your first year, with additional opportunities to earn commissions
