Job summary

Torrey Holistics is seeking a skilled Technician Operator to run packaging and plastics equipment on a fast-paced line. You will monitor extrusion blow mold, extrusion, injection mold and labeling systems, perform minor maintenance, and ensure product quality with samples and documentation.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent with mechanical training, 1–3 years of machine-operating experience, basic math, and comfort with CNC-type controls. On-site work in PA.

Qualifications

• Requires a high school education or equivalent plus mechanical training/aptitude and technical training on packaging, plastics and printing equipment.
• 1–3 years experience operating machines used in the packaging/plastics industry to gain sufficient skill.

Responsibilities

• Operate various production machines (extrusion blow mold, extrusion machine, injection blow mold, injection mold, label, pad printer, silk-screen).
• Ensure proper operation of machines; clean filters, perform minor maintenance, and monitor while purging.
• Conduct quality inspections; record production data and prepare paperwork.
• Assist with training other technicians and provide relief for breaks and lunches.
• Close out production run and maintain clean, safe work area.
