Job summary

CCI Group is expanding its nationwide network of Remote Online Notaries (RONs) to support individuals, businesses, legal professionals, healthcare providers, government agencies, and organizations across the United States. This is a freelance, assignment-based opportunity for commissioned Notaries who are fluent in English and another language and authorized to perform RONs in their state.

Ideal candidates already hold an active Notary Public commission, have experience with RON platforms, and

Qualifications

• Active Notary Public commission in at least one state.
• Authorized to perform Remote Online Notarizations (RON).
• Fluent in English and at least one additional language.
• Experience using Remote Online Notarization platforms.
• Reliable home office setup with good internet and privacy.

Responsibilities

• Perform Remote Online Notarizations (RON) in accordance with state laws.
• Verify signer identity using approved procedures.
• Conduct sessions professionally and impartially.
• Maintain records in compliance with notary law.
• Deliver excellent customer service throughout the process.
• Coordinate with scheduling team to fulfill requests.
• Collaborate with interpreters when permitted by state law.
