Responsibilities

• Provides ESL professional development via observations, modeling, and coaching.
• Supports ESL teachers in planning and implementing site-based ESL plans and SIPs.
• Reviews student data to inform instructional planning and program evaluation.
• Lead teacher responsibilities and instructional leadership for ML/EL programs.
