Qualifications

• Requirements: strong communication in English and a Nordic language.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Background in customer service (face-to-face, online, or via phone).
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
• Additional language skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist Nordic-speaking and English-speaking customers via email, chat, and telephone.
• Collaborate with your team to achieve customer satisfaction and KPIs.
• Translate promotional texts and surveys into your local language.
• Manage customer accounts.
• Follow company policies regarding player safety and responsible gaming.
