Infostud Group is seeking motivated Affiliate Managers for remote roles to develop and manage partnerships in assigned markets, including Portuguese language regions. You will onboard partners, communicate daily, monitor performance, and report on results while collaborating with internal teams.

This role requires proficiency in at least one target language and English or Arabic for internal communication. The position offers a fully remote setup, ongoing training, and growth opportunities

Qualifications

• Proven experience in affiliate marketing, digital marketing, sales or business development is an advantage.
• Understanding of affiliate marketing principles, traffic sources and performance metrics is preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.

• Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks and meet performance targets.

About the Role

We are looking for motivated, proactive, and results-oriented Affiliate Managers to join our expanding team in Serbia.

We are hiring for multiple language-specific positions, with each Affiliate Manager responsible for developing and managing partnerships within an assigned market.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, approach, and onboard new affiliate partners within the assigned market.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with affiliate partners.
• Manage daily communication with affiliates and provide ongoing support.
• Monitor affiliate performance, traffic quality, and campaign results.
• Negotiate partnership terms and coordinate promotional activities.
• Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify opportunities for optimization.
• Prepare regular performance reports and provide updates on affiliate activities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth campaign execution and partner satisfaction.
• Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities.

Requirements & Qualifications

Language Requirements (Mandatory)

We are recruiting Affiliate Managers for the following language markets:

• Portuguese;

Candidates must meet both of the following requirements:

• Proficiency in at least one of the listed target-market languages.
• Proficiency in English OR Arabic for internal company communication.

• Previous experience in affiliate marketing, digital marketing, sales, or business development is an advantage.
• Understanding of affiliate marketing principles, traffic sources, and performance metrics is preferred.

• Good computer skills and familiarity with digital communication tools.
• Experience in high-risk digital industries or performance-driven online businesses is a plus.
