Frank Custable's State Farm is seeking a proactive Multiline Manager to support customers across multiple product lines and coordinate daily agency operations in Wheaton, IL. Build relationships and guide clients through available insurance and financial options.

You will lead outreach, assist with cross-sell efforts, and help the team grow through coaching and collaboration while serving the local community.

Qualifications

• Experience in the insurance industry with proven cross-sell results.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
• Experience managing or coordinating within a business or customer service setting.
• Organized, dependable, and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Interest in professional growth within an agency environment.
• Must possess or be able to obtain necessary state insurance licenses.
• Coachable
• Property & Casualty License Preferred

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to discuss available product options.
• Assist customers in reviewing insurance and financial service offerings.
• Coordinate daily operations across multiple business areas to meet office objectives.
