Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, professional service to existing customers by phone, text, email, and in person.
• Assist customers with policy questions, coverage needs, account updates, billing questions, documentation, and other service requests.
• Build strong relationships with customers and create a positive, consistent experience.
• Review customer accounts and identify opportunities for additional products, coverage, and multiline relationships.
• Have needs-based conversations with customers to uncover gaps and recommend options.
• Follow up with customers on quotes, coverage recommendations, policy changes, and outstanding needs.
• Generate sales from opportunities that arise through everyday customer service interactions.
• Help with retention efforts and strengthen relationships with our existing book of business.
• Maintain accurate customer records and complete required documentation and follow-up.
• Work collaboratively with the team to achieve customer service, retention, and sales goals.
• Participate in office and community marketing efforts when needed.
