Will Thomson State Farm is seeking a driven Multiline Representative who thrives in a production-based environment. This sales-focused role involves prospecting, building relationships, and turning opportunities into closed business.

You will handle inbound and outbound sales, quote auto, home, renters, and life policies, cross-sell within an existing book, and work toward targeted production with licensing support.

Qualificações

• Prior sales experience is required.
• Property & Casualty license required prior to Day 1.
• Life & Health license required within 45 days of hire.
• Insurance or State Farm experience is a plus, but not required.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsabilidades

• Generate new business through calls, internet leads, referrals, and outreach.
• Conduct needs-based conversations to uncover risks and recommend solutions.
• Quote, present, and close auto, home, renters, and life insurance policies.
• Cross-sell and upsell within the existing book of business.
• Follow up consistently to convert opportunities into bound policies.
• Build relationships to support retention and referrals.
• Track daily activity, pipeline progress, and production goals.
