• Build strong relationships that lead to long-term customers and referrals.
• Conduct coverage reviews to identify cross-sell opportunities.
• Follow up consistently on leads, quotes, and referral opportunities.
• Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions and policy activity.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve agency production goals.
