Qualifications

• Experience in insurance sales or a proven track record of meeting goals.
• Active Property & Casualty license preferred or willing to obtain.
• Active Life & Health license preferred or willingness to obtain.
• Willingness to prospect and outbound sales.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive new business through outbound sales activity and referrals.
• Quote, present, and close policies across auto, home, renters, life, and health.
• Conduct needs-based conversations to recommend coverage.
• Manage sales pipeline with consistent follow-up.
• Meet or exceed production goals in-office.
• Collaborate with agency leadership to grow the office.
