Job summary

Lockheed Martin in Florida is seeking a Multi-Functional Manufacturing Supervisor - Level 3 to lead the Pinellas F-16 Canopy Assembly team. You will plan daily activities, sequence work, and assign tasks to meet business goals across multiple COE areas.

You will manage about 20 staff in rate assembly, drive improvements, address corrective actions, and coordinate with cross‑functional partners to ensure on‑time delivery while maintaining quality and cost targets.

Qualifications

• Experience with tools and drilling, fastener installation and systems typically used in a production/manufacturing environment.
• Managing business metrics to drive performance (Quality, Schedule, and Cost).
• Working knowledge of crew planning, line balancing, and project management.
• Experience with Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Power Point, and Power BI)

Manages more than one functional area of manufacturing, such as machining, assembly, tool and die, packaging. Responsible for coordinating subordinate employee recruitment, selection and training, performance assessment, work assignments, salary, and recognition/disciplinary actions.

Basic Qualifications

• Experience with Microsoft Office programs (i.e. Word, Excel, Power Point, and Power BI)

• Previous leadership experience
• Experience with tools and processes involving large assembly fixtures, drilling, fastening including complex assemblies and systems
• Experience in manufacturing/productions methodologies relating to structural and mechanical assemblies.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Experience with Solumina, SFM, and/or SAP systems.
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing concepts and application.
• Degree from an accredited college, or equivalent experience/combined education.

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $72500.00 - $134600.00

• For (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
