As the Manufacturing Planner Supervisor, WEEKEND SHIFT you will be responsible for leading the manufacturing planning, production support, and material handling teams to ensure efficient production operations. You will oversee the management and staffing of approximately 5-7 direct reports and work to continuously improve production processes through Production Management Teams and operational metrics.

Your Responsibilities Will Include

• Manufacturing planning and scheduling to meet production demands
• Production support to ensure smooth operations
• Material handling and distribution to the production floor
• Continuous improvement through Production
• Management Teams and operational metrics
• Management and staffing of approximately 5-7 direct reports

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• Experience in production, logistics, supply chain, or inventory control
• Experience with SAP or an MRP equivalent
• Demonstrated ability and experience communicating with peers, leadership, and internal customers effectively on multiple platforms (face-to-face, virtually, email, Teams, etc.)
• Must have the ability to obtain and maintain a secret clearance and must have a final secret clearance prior to starting.
• **Candidate must be able to pass a Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (“ATF”) background check to obtain approval to be an “employee possessor” (of explosives or other ATF-regulated items) as defined by ATF regulations. Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $72500.00 - $134600.00
