Lockheed Martin in Owego, NY seeks a manufacturing planning leader to direct MRP, BOM, MPS and warehousing activities within the MSW scope. You will drive inventory optimization and schedule adherence while guiding a team across Make/Buy and SAP-related processes.

Manages multiple manufacturing planning, material management and support activities within the Mission Systems and Weapons (MSW) scope in the Owego, NY factory. This position will lead a team responsible for Manufacturing Resource Planning (MRP) transactions for these programs. This may include but not limited to, Make, Buy, Bill of Material (BOM) Planning, Master Production Scheduling (MPS), Warehousing and Shipping. Over see production systems integrity and drives inventory optimization to meet cost and schedule commitments within the factory. Responsible for coordinating subordinate employee recruitment, selection and training, performance assessment, work assignments, salary, and recognition/disciplinary actions. Overall strategic coordination for MSW program impacts in the Owego factory from 1LMX process changes, supporting the schedule mitigation actions required during the SAP migration at the end of 2027.
Full-Time Salary Range: $109700.00 - $203700.00
