Lockheed Martin is seeking a manufacturing planning coordinator within the Advanced Programs line of business in Missiles and Fire Control. You will manage MRP transactions across Make, Buy, BOM, MPS, warehousing and shipping, ensuring data integrity and driving cost-efficient inventory strategies.
The role requires leadership of staff, coordination of recruitment and training, and ensuring performance through disciplined work assignments and evaluations.
This position is in support of the Advanced Programs line of business within Missiles and Fire Control. The selected candidate will manage multiple manufacturing planning, material management and support activities within various manufacturing job functions responsible for Manufacturing Resource Planning (MRP) transactions. These may include but not limited to, Make, Buy, Bill of Material (BOM) Planning, Master Production Scheduling (MPS), Warehousing and Shipping. Oversees production systems integrity and drives inventory optimization to minimize cost. Responsible for coordinating subordinate employee recruitment, selection and training, performance assessment, work assignments, salary, and recognition/disciplinary actions.
Full-Time Salary Range: $100200.00 - $186200.00

For (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
