Job summary

Lockheed Martin Corporation is seeking a senior transportation, logistics, and ground operations leader for its Marietta, GA facility. You will oversee movement of parts, assemblies, fuel, and equipment across sites and aircraft programs, while managing fleets, fuel procurement, and compliance.

A security clearance and airfield driving certification (not colorblind) may be required. Responsibilities include staff recruitment, training, performance reviews, and cost optimization through inventory

Qualifications

• Familiarity with Department of Transportation (DOT) and Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) rules and regulations.
• Ability to analyze and manipulate data for metric formation and development.

• Coordinate subordinate recruitment, selection and training, performance assessment, work assignments, salary, and recognition/disciplinary actions.
• Proficient in AI prompting as it applies to this position and practice.
• This position requires you to posses or has the ability to obtain a Security clearance. Also, Ability to obtain a Airfield driving certification (must not be colorblind)

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $89100.00 - $165500.00
