You’ll collaborate across operations, support month-end close, and own tasks from vendor invoicing to collections, billing accuracy, and reconciliations.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or accounting support.
• Experience with AP, AR, invoicing, and billing.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and shifting priorities.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication with accounting and operations teams.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and accounting/ERP systems.
• Experience with project accounting, construction, contracting, or project-based businesses is a plus.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field preferred, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.
• Prepare and process customer invoices and billing.
• Assist with collections and follow up on outstanding receivables.
• Process vendor invoices and assist with payment activities.
• Support project accounting, including project-related billing, costs, and documentation.
• Assist with account and general ledger reconciliations.
• Research and resolve billing, payment, and accounting discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate accounting records and supporting documentation.
• Partner with operations and other departments to gather information for billing and accounting.
• Assist with month-end accounting activities as needed.
• Support reporting and other accounting projects.
