Job summary

Bellwether Enterprise Real Estate Capital, LLC in Irvine is seeking an Underwriting Analyst to support credit, market, and underwriting analysis for multifamily loans. You will input P&L statements and rent rolls, develop pro-forma projections, and analyze third-party reports to ensure Agency program compliance.

The role requires 2+ years in finance or real estate, a bachelor’s degree in business or finance, and strong Excel/Word skills.

Responsibilities

• Input property level P&L statements and rent rolls for reconciliation and analysis.
• Develop underwritten pro-forma projections for net cash flow on multifamily assets.
• Order and analyze third-party appraisals, phase I enviro and seismic reports.
• Complete market analysis on income, demographics, rents and occupancy.
• Assist with loan committee narratives and Freddie Mac submissions.
• Prepare deliverables for loan closings and conduct site inspections.
• Interface with underwriting, production, and external parties professionally.
• Perform ad hoc financial analyses as required.
