Job summary

LSA Management is seeking a Multifamily Service Technician to support maintenance operations across apartment communities. You will perform HVAC, plumbing, electrical and appliance repairs, complete work orders, and help ensure excellent resident service.

This role emphasizes preventive maintenance, unit turns, asset inspections, and on-call rotations. A valid driver license and EPA Type II or Universal (preferred) are required along with 2+ years of maintenance experience.

Qualifications
