Job summary

LSA Management is seeking a skilled Multifamily Service Technician to support maintenance operations across apartment communities, performing HVAC, plumbing, electrical and appliance repairs while delivering excellent resident service.

The role involves completing work orders, preventive maintenance, assisting with unit turns, and participating in on-call rotations; EPA certification and a valid driver's license are required, with preferred CAMT/CPO certifications and Yardi/Entrata/RealPage

Qualifications

• EPA Certification Type II or Universal required (preferred).
• HVAC, plumbing, electrical and appliance repair knowledge.
• 2+ years maintenance experience.
• Valid driver license and strong customer service.

Responsibilities

• Complete work orders and preventive maintenance.
• Troubleshoot HVAC, plumbing, electrical and appliance issues.
• Support unit turns and inspect community assets.
• Participate in on-call rotations.
