Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and basic repairs across trades.
• Complete make-ready tasks to prepare vacant units.
• Maintain property appearance and daily grounds upkeep.
• Respond to resident service requests promptly and professionally.
• Assist with preventative maintenance and seasonal projects.
• Report safety hazards or major issues to supervisor.
