Blacksmith Agency is seeking an experienced SEO Strategist, Multifamily to own search for a portfolio of multifamily clients, shaping the technical roadmap, content priorities, and ranking story. You will guide decisions as the strategic voice at the table.

You will manage technical SEO, keyword strategy, content prioritization, and local/multi-location SEO, coordinating with writers and AI to produce drafts and deliver measurable results. Remote work options exist for North America and beyond.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on SEO
• Fluency in English with US clients on live calls
• Agency experience across several clients
• SEO for multi-location or multifamily is a strong plus

Responsibilities

• Own technical SEO: crawl, indexation, site speed, schema and site architecture.
• Develop keyword strategy and on-page optimization with writers and AI.
• Improve visibility in AI search and traditional organic results.
• Handle local search and multi-location SEO for clients.
• Provide quarterly roadmaps and GA4/Search Console reporting.
