Job summary

HD Supply is seeking a Sales Manager for the Multi-Family vertical to lead a team of 7 field account representatives selling MRO and related products to the apartment industry. The territory covers Philadelphia and surrounding areas, including New Jersey, with a base salary plus monthly incentives.

A laptop/tablet and mobile expenses are provided, and travel is involved. The ideal candidate has strong leadership in sales, B2B experience, and a proven track record in meeting targets.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a field sales team in a similar industry.
• Proven ability to drive B2B sales and build a high-performing team.
• Experience with consultative selling and talent development.
• Knowledge of a wide range of facilities products such as hardware, electrical, lighting, etc.
• Proficiency in Excel and Salesforce or similar CRM tools.
• Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales goals.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of field account representatives to sell MRO supplies.
• Develop and implement sales strategies and programs for the assigned territory.
• Plan, forecast, and report on sales activities and pricing.
• Spend time in the field, engage customers, and resolve escalated issues.
• Coach and develop the sales team for career growth and performance.
• Collaborate with internal partners to drive revenue growth and market share.
