Job summary

SRM’s Maintenance Technician supports daily maintenance operations for a 358-unit residential community in the First Hill neighborhood. Working under the Maintenance Supervisor, this role completes service requests, preventive maintenance, and repairs throughout apartment homes, common areas, and amenities to help maintain a safe, well-kept community and a positive resident experience.

The schedule for this position is Wednesday - Sunday from 9am - 6pm.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ year general maintenance experience.
• 1+ year customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Complete service requests and work orders promptly and professionally.
• Assist with unit turns including painting, cleaning, and minor repairs.
• Perform preventive maintenance on HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
• Maintain grounds and common areas in safe, well-kept condition.
• Document work accurately and communicate repair status to residents.
