Job summary
SRG Residential in Redmond, WA is hiring for a Maintenance Technician I at The Charles, a 246-unit community. You will respond to maintenance service requests, perform repairs across electrical, plumbing, drywall, painting, and common areas, and participate in after-hours coverage.
This role requires experience in multiple trades, the ability to read service orders, excellent customer service, and weekend availability.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED, technical school or 3–6 months related experience.
- Experience across electrical, plumbing, drywall, painting and appliances.
- Ability to read service orders and safety rules; OSHA knowledge.
Responsibilities
- Works in turnover and renovation units and handles maintenance requests.
- Performs repairs including drywall, painting, plumbing, appliances, HVAC and common areas.
- Participates in emergency and after-hours coverage as required.
- Operates tools and machines to repair or fabricate parts and fixtures.
- Maintains inventory and documents related paperwork.
