Job summary

Noble General Contracting Co., an affiliate of RHM Real Estate Group, seeks a skilled General Construction Technician for multifamily renovations in Columbus, OH. You will assist the Construction Manager on new builds, value-add projects, and maintenance with focus on craftsmanship and safety.

Requirements include 4+ years in residential/multi-family renovation, a high school diploma or GED, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

• 4+ years experience in residential and/or multi-family renovation, construction, or repair positions required.
• Highly proficient in construction and renovation trades including carpentry, flooring, cabinet/counter installation, plumbing system repairs, electrical system installation, and more.

Responsibilities

• Execute general construction tasks across value-add projects, new builds, and maintenance assignments.
• Measure, cut, and install drywall; perform patching and repair to meet standards.
• Perform painting tasks and ensure high-quality finishes per project specs.
• Conduct basic electrical installations and repairs, troubleshoot circuits, replace fixtures for safety compliance.
• Work with the Project Coordinator to meet deadlines and quality standards.
• Assist in the unit turn process for multi-family facilities, including drywall and electrical work.
• Support preventive maintenance and inspections, spotting potential issues early.
