Job summary

Iron Fish Construction, LLC is seeking a Construction Project Coordinator to support multifamily renovation and capital improvement projects. The role requires strong organization, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced construction environment.

You will provide daily administrative support to the project management team, assist with permitting, submittals, procurement, CRM data, schedules, and client proposals, ensuring accuracy and on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in construction coordination or project administration.
• Willingness to travel long distances as required by projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction documentation, permitting processes, and project workflows.
• Proficiency with CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and scheduling tools.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily administrative support to the project management team.
• Ensure adherence to project management protocols with emphasis on compliance and accuracy across active projects.
• Assist in researching, compiling, and submitting documentation for permitting and regulatory approvals.
• Assemble and manage project submittals for client and engineering review.
• Coordinate procurement and purchasing of major materials, ensuring cost control and timely delivery.
• Source subcontractors and vendors for project managers.
• Enter and maintain project and lead data within the CRM system.
• Track and update project schedules to reflect real-time progress.
• Develop and maintain a regional vendor list based on cost, quality, and reliability.
• Create closeout binders for large projects (warranties, data sheets, reports, permits).
• Process change orders timely and review invoices.
• Assist in other duties as assigned.
