Job summary

UDR, Inc. is hiring a Transactions Analyst to join our Highlands Ranch corporate office.

You will support the Transaction team in researching, underwriting, modeling, due diligence, capital improvements, rehab, renovation, and valuing multi-family investment opportunities as well as assist in disposition. The role reports to the Director - Transactions and involves preparing financial models and reports, coordinating due diligence with vendors, and contributing to investment books and pipeline

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or Business or equivalent experience.
• Analytical experience from internships, coursework, or projects.
• Multi-Family experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare management reports and financial modeling for acquisitions, dispositions, and Debt/Preferred Equity investments.
• Abstract property financial statements, due diligence information, and regulatory agreements.
• Coordinate property due diligence with vendors and third parties (environmental, structural, surveys, title).
• Coordinate government and zoning reviews of opportunities.
• Analyze property financial statements and rent rolls for investment decisions.
• Synthesize market information affecting transaction value.
• Prepare investment and due diligence books for management distribution.
• Compile department reports and pipeline/deal tracking reports.
