Job summary

Panther Residential Management, a Boston-based private equity real estate firm, seeks an Associate, Portfolio Management & Financial Analysis to join our corporate team in Woburn, MA. This role analyzes and monitors the financial and operational performance of our multifamily portfolio through the investment lifecycle—from acquisition through stabilization, refinancing, and disposition.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
3–5 years of experience in real estate finance, asset management, portfolio management, or investment analysis.
Strong understanding of multifamily real estate financial statements, budgets, forecasts, and operating metrics.
Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills; experience with underwriting.
Ability to translate complex data into actionable recommendations.

Responsibilities

Analyze financial and operational performance across Panther's multifamily portfolio.
Prepare monthly and quarterly portfolio performance reporting against budgets and underwriting.
Develop recommendations to improve property-level and portfolio-level performance.
Lead or support budgeting, rolling forecasts, and multi-year projections with Property Management.
Maintain and improve financial models, dashboards, and management reporting.
