Job summary

CSC Management - San Antonio is seeking an Assistant Manager in San Antonio, TX to join our growing team. The role supports the Community Director by overseeing rehab and improvement projects and coordinating property operations to maximize occupancy and value.

You will train and supervise staff, ensure tenants are safe and satisfied, and maintain compliance across facilities. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 2 years experience assisting management of apartment properties.
• Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Email, Dropbox, Google Drive, Entrata.
• Knowledge in basic accounting, reading financial statements, and managing budgets.

Responsibilities

• Ensure rents are collected on time and deposits reported daily.
• Approve and submit invoices to corporate office for payment.
• Conduct business in accordance with housing laws and company policies.
• Ensure lease files are complete and leases are executed properly.
• Open office on schedule, keep model apartments ready for tours.
• Maintain records of management activity and communicate with Property Manager.
• Coordinate with maintenance and ensure Make Ready processes are timely.
• Welcome prospective residents and handle calls; complete paperwork.
• Sign leases and work toward weekly leasing goals.
