Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in multifamily property management.
• 3+ years of experience leading on-site teams.
• Strong financial acumen including budgeting, reporting, and expense management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property mgmt software.

Responsibilities

• Manage financial performance within budget and targets.
• Oversee rent collection, delinquency management, and related processes.
• Coordinate with maintenance and vendors for repairs and capital needs.
• Develop and execute leasing, marketing, and resident engagement strategies.
• Lead, coach, and develop on-site team members.
