Job summary

Park Lafayette is a Cottonwood Residential-managed community seeking a Property Manager to lead all on-site operations. You’ll drive leasing, resident satisfaction, financial performance, maintenance coordination, and team leadership to maximize asset value.

Relocation assistance is available for qualified candidates. The successful candidate will balance financial results with exceptional resident experiences and maintain aligned standards across the organization.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in multifamily property management.
• 3+ years of experience leading, developing, and managing on-site teams.
• Strong financial acumen, including budgeting and reporting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and PM systems such as Entrata/REBA.

Responsibilities

• Manage the financial performance of the community within budget and targets.
• Oversee rent collection, delinquencies, and vendor coordination.
• Develop and execute leasing, marketing strategies, and resident retention.
• Lead on-site team hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management.
• Ensure safety, compliance with policies, and regulatory adherence.
• Maintain accurate records and reporting for the community.
