Sundance Property Management is seeking a results-driven Property Manager in Amelia, OH. You will lead day-to-day operations, oversee leasing, financial performance, and resident satisfaction, while directing the onsite team to deliver exceptional results.

This highly visible role influences occupancy, rental income, property appearance, and budgeting. You’ll build relationships with residents, manage budgets, coordinate maintenance, and ensure compliance with company policies and Fair Housing

Qualifications

• 3+ years of multifamily property management experience.
• Strong leasing and sales skills with proven closing success.
• Experience managing budgets, occupancy, collections, and property performance.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
