• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service to current and prospective residents.
• Assist with leasing activities, tours, applications, and lease preparation.
• Collect and post rental payments; assist with delinquency management.
• Coordinate with maintenance for service requests and maintain curb appeal.
• Support the Property Manager and collaborate with leasing, maintenance, and regional teams.
