Job summary

ELANDIS in Daytona Beach, FL is seeking experienced Maintenance Technicians to ensure safe, well-maintained communities and strong resident service. This role offers competitive pay with 100% employer-paid health, dental, vision, and life insurance, plus PTO from day one.

You will inspect move-outs, perform routine repairs, and coordinate with staff to respond to emergencies while maintaining excellent curb appeal.

Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of property maintenance or equivalent experience.
Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, appliances, pools, and general maintenance.
Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, measuring devices, mechanical equipment and PPE.
Strong organizational, communication, problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
Must have valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation.
Available a minimum of 40 hours per week, evenings, nights and weekends for emergencies.

Responsibilities

Inspect move-outs and vacancies and ensure required make-ready repairs are completed.
Diagnose and perform minor or routine maintenance or repairs as assigned.
Monitor inventory levels of supplies to handle common repairs.
Complete service requests within 24 hours when possible.
Assist in keeping grounds and common areas clean and meeting curb appeal standards.
Respond to community emergencies with staff residents and buildings within guidelines.
