Harbor Group is seeking a Maintenance Technician in Durham, NC to maintain the property's physical integrity and appearance, ensuring clean, safe, and functional spaces for residents.

Responsibilities include routine maintenance, responding to service requests, and coordinating with vendors. The role requires a minimum of one year in general maintenance and may involve on-call duties evenings or weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• One-year prior experience in general maintenance including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall, painting, or appliance repair.
• Must be available for emergency on-call, including evenings and weekends upon the needs of the property.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions and safety guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Perform technical and mechanical maintenance (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, appliance repair, glass replacement).
• Respond to resident service requests using a work order system and complete repairs per codes.
• Conduct preventative maintenance and repairs to ensure safe operation of the property.
