MPI in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Multifamily Project Manager to lead ground-up multifamily developments from planning through completion. The role requires coordinating schedules and resources, guiding delivery per plans, and resolving issues to protect timelines and quality.

The successful candidate will manage costs, align stakeholders, and report progress while leveraging a solid backlog and growth opportunities within a major contractor environment.

Qualifications

• Experience managing multifamily construction projects from planning to completion.
• Practical knowledge of construction sequencing, project plans, and specifications.
• Ability to build and maintain project schedules for construction activities.
• Experience coordinating subcontractors and project stakeholders.
• Ability to monitor project costs, milestones, and delivery priorities.
• Strong ability to identify and address project issues in a timely manner.
