You will oversee on-site activities, schedules, safety, and subcontractor coordination to ensure delivery on time and within budget.

Responsibilities

• Lead all on-site construction activities for ground-up multifamily projects.

Preferred Experience

• Experience on podium-style multifamily developments.
• Background managing projects with 200+ residential units.
• Experience working for a commercial general contractor with an active multifamily portfolio.
• Familiarity with projects throughout the Charlotte metropolitan area.
