Job summary

The Porter, Multifamily at Cushman & Wakefield’s The Statler Residences in Dallas, TX, keeps vacant units and common areas clean, ensuring readiness for occupancy. The role supports maintenance staff and works under supervision of the Resident Manager and Property Manager.

Essential duties include cleaning offices, restrooms, model apartments, and exterior areas while upholding safety standards and delivering professional customer service to residents.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of safe use of cleaning agents and equipment.
• Experience cleaning multifamily residential or commercial buildings preferred.
• Able to follow directions and complete tasks on time.

Responsibilities

• Cleans property offices, restrooms, laundry rooms, model apartments and common areas on a defined schedule.
• Cleans vacant apartment units in preparation for showing and occupancy.
• Maintains exterior image by cleaning driveways, parking lots, curbs and public areas.
• Provides world class customer service by addressing residents' concerns in a friendly, professional manner.
• Reports maintenance problems to the supervisor and assists with inventory control.
