Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Porter for the Multifamily Forum on San Felipe in Houston. The role involves cleaning vacant units, offices, restrooms, and common areas, preparing units for occupancy, and supporting property upkeep with the maintenance team.

You will interact with residents in a professional manner, perform safety-conscious tasks, and assist with inventory control while traveling between properties as needed.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of safe use of cleaning agents and equipment.
• Experience cleaning multifamily residential or commercial buildings preferred.
• Able to follow directions and complete tasks on time.

Responsibilities

• Clean property offices, restrooms, laundry rooms, model apartments and common areas on schedule.
• Prepare vacant units for showing and occupancy.
• Maintain exterior property image including driveways, parking lots, curbs and dumpster areas.
• Provide friendly customer service to residents and address concerns.
• Report maintenance issues to supervisor and assist with inventory control.
• Follow Cushman & Wakefield safety policies and perform other duties as assigned.
