Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Porter for Savannah Sound to clean vacant units and all common areas, reporting to the Resident Manager and Property Manager, with support from maintenance staff. You will work closely with maintenance staff to keep the property presentable and ready for occupancy.

Responsibilities include cleaning offices, restrooms, model apartments, driveways and exterior areas, providing friendly resident service, and assisting with inventory and safety compliance.

Qualifications

• Cleans vacant units and common areas on a defined schedule.
• Reports to the Resident Manager and Property Manager, collaborates with maintenance staff.
• Maintains exterior image and overall property upkeep.

Responsibilities

• Cleans property offices, restrooms, laundry rooms, model apartments and common areas.
• Cleans vacant apartment units for showing and occupancy.
• Ensures safety and reports maintenance problems.
• Supports inventory control and task completion.
• Travels between properties as needed.
