Responsibilities include daily cleaning tasks, safety compliance, and professional interaction with residents.

Qualifications

• Experience in cleaning multifamily residential or commercial buildings preferred.
• Able to follow directions and complete tasks on time.
• Knowledge of safe use of cleaning agents and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Clean the property business office, restrooms, laundry rooms, model apartments and common areas on schedule.
• Clean vacant apartment units for showing and occupancy.
• Maintain exterior grounds, driveways, parking lots, and dumpster areas for curb appeal.
