Qualifications

• Able to lift up to 25 pounds and handle physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Clean the property offices, restrooms, laundry rooms, model apartments and common areas on a defined schedule.
• Clean vacant apartment units in preparation for showing and occupancy.
• Maintain exterior areas including driveways, parking lots and dumpsters.
• Provide world-class customer service by addressing residents' concerns in a friendly and professional manner.
• Report maintenance issues to the supervisor.
• Assist with inventory control.
• Follow safety guidelines while performing duties.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
