Job summary

Butler Plus is seeking a Pest Control Account Manager to drive new business and nurture relationships within a defined multifamily territory, based in Houston, TX. The role emphasizes a hunter mindset, closing new business, retaining and growing existing accounts, and serving as the trusted face of Butler Plus in the market.

You will prospect, present value-based proposals, and manage the full sales cycle while traveling within the assigned territory to maximize revenue and gross profit.

Qualifications

• Two years of successful B2B sales experience in the pest control industry.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales and gross profit goals.
• Strong cold calling, prospecting, and closing skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, with the ability to present confidently to property-level and executive audiences.
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage a territory independently.
• Proficiency with computers, iPads, CRM platforms, and standard sales technology.
• Ability and willingness to travel within your assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business through outbound prospecting, networking, and referral cultivation within the multifamily industry across core service lines.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with Property Managers, Regional Supervisors, and key decision-makers in the territory.
• Present detailed, value-based proposals demonstrating service quality and financial impact.
• Close new business while meeting or exceeding revenue and gross profit targets.
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through contract execution.
• Retain and expand existing accounts through proactive client engagement and regular service reviews.
• Attend industry events and participate in networking opportunities to increase brand presence.
