Job summary

Butler Plus is a leading doorstep trash, bulk & junk removal and sustainability services provider serving multifamily communities nationwide. We are hiring a hunter-minded Account Manager to drive new business growth and nurture client relationships within a defined territory.

The role is hybrid (80% field, 20% in-office) and requires commercial pest control sales experience, location in Tampa or Orlando. You will prospect, present value-based solutions, and manage the full sales cycle.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of successful B2B sales experience in pest control.
• Must reside in Tampa, FL or Orlando, FL.
• Strong cold-calling, prospecting and closing skills.
• Ability to travel within assigned territory.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales and gross profit goals.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business through outbound prospecting, networking, and referrals within the multifamily industry.
• Build and maintain relationships with Property Managers, Regional Supervisors, and key decision-makers.
• Present value-based proposals showing service quality and financial impact.
• Close new business and meet revenue and gross profit targets.
• Manage full sales cycle from prospecting to contract execution.
• Retain and expand existing accounts through proactive client engagement.
