Job summary

Butler Plus in Florida is seeking an Account Manager to drive B2B sales for multifamily communities. You will partner with property managers and ownership groups to deliver ROI-driven pest control and service solutions across the Butler Plus portfolio.

This hunter-minded role requires closing new business, retaining and growing existing accounts, and representing Butler Plus in your market. Hybrid role: 80% field, 20% in office in Tampa or Orlando.

Qualifications

• Two to five years of B2B pest control sales experience.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales and gross profit goals.
• Strong cold calling, prospecting, and closing skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, with the ability to present to property-level and executive audiences.
• High integrity, professionalism, and ethical standards.
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage a territory independently.
• Proficiency with computers, iPads, CRM platforms, and standard sales technology.
• Ability and willingness to travel within your assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business through outbound prospecting, networking, and referrals in multifamily.
• Build relationships with Property Managers and key decision-makers.
• Present value-based proposals demonstrating service quality and financial impact.
• Close new business while meeting revenue and gross profit targets.
• Manage full sales cycle from prospecting through contract execution.
• Retain and expand existing accounts through proactive client engagement.
• Attend industry events and network to increase brand presence.
• Maintain pipeline activity, forecasting, and account data in Salesforce.
• Stay current on multifamily industry trends and market shifts.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
• Two to five years of B2B pest control sales experience.
