Job summary

TI Communities in Irving, Texas, is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to drive day-to-day marketing initiatives for our nationwide portfolio. You’ll create compelling materials, support social media, coordinate assets, and track campaign results.

You’ll collaborate with site teams, manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, and ensure brand consistency using Canva and marketing tools. A degree in marketing or related field, or 3+ years of experience, is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in multifamily housing, property management, or real estate marketing.
• Familiarity with Entrata or similar platforms.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience creating marketing content and graphics in Canva.
• Understanding of social media, digital marketing, and brand management.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and stakeholders.
• Proficiency with spreadsheets, presentations, and reporting tools.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree or 3+ years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage marketing support requests and coordinate timely responses across the organization.
• Monitor social media channels, online reviews, and engagement platforms, escalating issues and opportunities as needed.
• Review and approve property-level social media content to ensure brand consistency and compliance.
• Support site teams with social media best practices, content creation guidance, and brand standards.
• Create and update marketing materials, graphics, promotions, and print collateral using Canva and other tools.
• Coordinate development and distribution of marketing assets, including flyers, business cards, signage, and website content.
• Manage project timelines and marketing workflows to ensure on-time execution.
• Track, compile, and report on marketing performance metrics and campaign results.
• Support special projects and other initiatives as assigned by the Marketing Director.
